How Khushrang Events handles enquiry details
This notice explains the current website behaviour for quote requests, WhatsApp contact, spam protection, analytics, supplier coordination and media permission.
Last updated: May 29, 2026
What the quote form collects
The quote form asks for your event type, date, estimated guest count, area or city, budget range, requested services, package or service context, event notes, name, mobile or WhatsApp number, optional email address and preferred contact method.
We use these details to review the enquiry, prepare a scoped first reply and continue the conversation through the contact method you selected.
Local draft storage
While you move through the quote form, this website saves an in-progress draft in your own browser under khushrang.quoteDraft.v1.
The draft helps prevent lost form details between steps. It is cleared after a successful submission and is not placed in public URLs.
Email delivery and WhatsApp
Submitted quote requests are sent from the website server to the configured Khushrang Events lead inbox through SMTP email delivery.
If you choose WhatsApp or use a WhatsApp link, the conversation continues inside WhatsApp. WhatsApp is operated by Meta, so messages there are handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
Spam protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated spam and abuse. Turnstile may process technical browser and request information needed to verify that the submission is legitimate.
The site also includes a hidden honeypot field. If automated software fills that field, the submission is rejected.
Analytics and cookies
This website is set up to use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site. They are switched on only once measurement IDs are configured; until then no analytics cookies are set and no analytics banner appears.
When analytics are switched on they load by default. You can decline at any time using the cookie banner shown on your first visit, or the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer. Your choice is stored on your own device, and after you decline no further analytics events are sent and Google Analytics collection is turned off.
Only non-personal information is sent to these tools, such as which page was viewed, whether a WhatsApp button was used and whether a quote request was completed. Your name, phone number, email address and message text are never sent to analytics.
Supplier sharing
For quote preparation, we may discuss only the necessary event scope with relevant suppliers, such as decor, catering, service staff, photography, transport or custom production support.
Personal contact details are not shared with suppliers unless it is needed for an agreed booking or direct coordination and you have been told why.
Photos, testimonials and portfolio use
Khushrang Events will not publish client photos, videos, names or testimonials unless written permission has been recorded.
Our portfolio visuals are curated to represent the styling, decor and detailing we offer. New work is added as we deliver more events.
Retention and requests
Enquiries are normally kept for up to 12 months so we can follow up, compare scope and avoid losing context. Booking, accounting or legal records may need to be kept longer.
You can ask for your enquiry details to be corrected or deleted by contacting Khushrang Events through the website contact page or the WhatsApp link shown on the site.
